Being a mom is not an easy job. Between caring for children and juggling housework, there’s a lot that needs to get done in the course of a day.

While working from home comes with many benefits, especially when you’re a mom, it can also be a double-edged sword.
I have suffered from anxiety most of my life.
I have worried about anything and everything you can think of. I have seen different therapists as well as tried different antidepressants.
I have had panic attacks that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Pregnancy, especially first time pregnancy, is an exciting time filled with showers and celebrations.
But it can also be a scary and stressful time, filled with lab tests, nerves, and endless birth preparations.
