5 Day Low Carb Family Friendly Meal Plan


I am so very excited to start sharing weekly meal plans for all of you busy mamas! One thing I know that I struggle with as a mom is coming up with meals that meet some very specific criteria.One: The meals must be quick and easy. As a mom I am usually making dinner while tending to my two young children. Anything that requires a lot of time or thought is a no go.Two: Healthy. Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe


Fall is just around the corner and I have to admit, I am a sucker for everything pumpkin spice. I think my brain has been re-wired to associate fall with pumpkin spice.The problem is, I am really trying to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. So, that doesn’t really leave room for drinking 50g of sugar in one cup. (Well, maybe every once in a while…)Anyhow, I came up with this recipe that I don’t have to feel as guilty about drinking, but really do enjoy!I use my beloved Nespresso Machine to make my espresso. It comes with a handy milk frother, so I like to froth my pumpkin milk once I have mixed it all together. It is my absolute favorite!
