Benefits of Doing Picnics

I have an image in my mind when I think of the word picnic. I imagine a peaceful, serene landscape with delicious sandwiches coming from a vintage basket, on a red and white checkered blanket with beautiful weather. Maybe there’s a tree above aiding shade.
